ELLI Becker

Attorney

Attorney Elli Becker focuses her legal practice on estate planning and elder law. Attorney Becker structures estate plans, prepares estate planning documents, and advices clients on how to achieve their estate planning objectives. Elli also assists clients with elder law planning needs, such as planning for Medicaid. 

Elli is a member of the Mequon-Thiensville Community Foundation's Giving Advisory Team, which is a network of professionals that help guide, advise, and coordinate gift planning and donations, tax and investment strategies and estate planning.

Elli is also a committee member for the Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce's Young Professionals Committee, which seeks to help professionals in early stages of their careers with professional development, networking, and community involvement. 

She is a graduate of Marquette University Law School where she earned the CALI Award for the highest grade in Trusts and Estates.  Elli also holds a Bachelors of Arts with honors from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in Criminal Justice and Psychology (double major) with a Political Science minor, where she was named to the Dean's List 8 of 8 semesters. Prior to joining us as an attorney, she gained invaluable experience working for our firm as a law clerk during law school. Prior to working with O'Leary-Guth Law Office, S.C., Elli gained experience as a law clerk at a Milwaukee area law firm and in the City of Milwaukee Attorney's Office - Litigation Division.
